[求助]第1次去SF.不知道住的地點好不好.還有一些小問題.請幫忙一下

我來美國讀書3年了.終於決定要去SF玩囉.只是從來沒有去過那的我.不知道SF的環境如何.所以想要請教了解SF的人能夠稍微的幫我一下.我知道我要住的Hotel名字叫The Sir Francis Drake.還有住址是450 Powell Street San Francisco, CA 94102..希望大家能夠幫各忙.
我打算去 SF6天5夜.一個人去.有哪些地方是最好不要去.列如那有一推流浪漢.或只是治安不好的地方..拜託請多家指點.我不想誤入歧途啊~~還有在那裡的交通工具會不會很複雜.複雜到我會迷路..現在的我是有點緊張加興奮..緊張的是怕會在SF迷路.興奮的是即將拜訪世界文明的舊金山...對了.最後一點.哪先地方是一定要去的當我在SF旅遊的時候.希望各問能夠多給我一些意見..多謝啦~~

你住的地點一極棒. 免煩惱.
舊金山比較差的地方是tenderloin區一直到市政府附近, 可以查一下前面的文章.
可以善加用論壇的搜尋功能, 輸入tenderloin (在文章內容中)查詢噢.

治安不好的地方是 tenderloin區, 要是不小心走進去了一定會有感覺的, 鐵門鐵窗及髒兮兮的塗鴉, 和其他的地方很不一樣. 舊金山主要路段的公車候車亭都有整個舊金山市的公車地圖, 如果你怕搭大眾交通迷路, 可以買一份muni地圖. (muni是舊金山大眾交通工具的公司名, 提供公車, 輕軌電車, 街車, 噹噹車等等). 上面也有標註"tenderloin"在哪裡.
至於哪些地方一定要去啊....

附帶一提, 舊金山最近的festival非常多, 有空不妨去參加, 湊湊熱鬧.

Do you like Architecture?
I recommend you to get a book 'San Francisco Architecture' by Sally B.Woodbridge and John M. Woodbridge. 1992
It is the most interesting and informative book of SF I have read. Since SF isn’t a BIG city, (though is definitely a metropolis!) you could follow the maps in the book to see those notable architectural sites.
If you are a fan of Alfred Hitchcock, a book you must read ---‘Footsteps in the Fog: Alfred Hitchcock’s San Francisco’ by Jeff Kraft and Aaron Leventhal, 2002.
Civic center area:
Though bummers hanging around civic center area, check out the rotunda in City Hall. You won’t be regretful.
Asian Art Museum is right cross City Hall. A renowned Italian architect Gae Aulenti designed its new facility… Oh, you can get free admission on the first Tuesday of every month by “Target Tuesdays” courtesy… Or Thursday evening after 5pm for half price…
Another site I love in Civic center area is One Trinity Center. You would love/hate its glassy curtain wall.
Don’t forget to visit San Francisco Museum of Modern Art!
The rehabilitation at Pier 1 enables you to take fabulous pictures in the evening when the lights are on.
If you drive, after visiting Golden Gate Park (don’t forget to check out its history. It is amazing of building a forest in the sand dunes!), drive up to Palace of the Legion of Honor, then follow the road head to Golden Gate Bridge. Enjoy!
