蒸瓜仔肉

今天懶惰, 用半磅豬絞肉和1/3瓶的大茂黑瓜 (黑瓜切粒, 黑瓜水倒一些進絞肉絆絆)..  再加了一小匙紹興料酒, 抓勻了, 放到大同電鍋跟飯一起蒸到跳起來, 就是一道菜了.
